Return Policy

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks for choosing our hoodie. Your support is the driving force for us to keep moving forward. I am very grateful for your trust in Familyprefer. However, I understand that sometimes even if you select carefully, the hoodie may still not meet your expectations. Don’t worry, I totally understand and I’m willing to provide you with a convenient return service.

Familyprefer’s goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Within 7 natural days after receiving the hoodie, if you are not satisfied with the hoodie you purchased, you can apply for a return for a full refund of the purchase price.

We need to remind you that hoodie needs to meet the following conditions:

1) Return requests need to be made within 7 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 7 natural days, we will no longer accept your return request.
2) The hoodie can be returned in lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and a return label (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your hoodie when shipped).
3) The hoodie has no obvious signs of use or human damage, has not been washed, and is not dirty.

About canceling orders

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, you can only modify the order within half an hour after placing the order and the order has not been processed. After half an hour, our order will enter the packaging process, and once the packaging is completed, the order cannot be canceled.

After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return and exchange application method

I understand that sometimes shopping may not be as satisfying as it should be, but don’t worry, we’re here to help you out. If you need to make a return or exchange, here is the simple and easy way to apply:

1) Contact customer service Germaine Morris at [email protected] to apply for a return or exchange.

2) Find the order you want to return or exchange, click to enter the orders details page, submit your return or exchange application, and we will approve it for you as soon as possible.

Return order processing time

Once you submit your return request, we will receive your request immediately and we will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

Familyprefer.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/8:00AM-4:00PM (CST).

Return orders placed after 4:00 pm from Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 8:00 am the next day.

Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Return orders are not processed on weekends.

If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact customer service Germaine Morris at [email protected] and we will prioritize it for you.

Return process

If you are not satisfied with our hoodie, you can return it by following the steps below after making a return application:

1) There is a return label in our original packaging. Please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the product.

2) Pack the hoodie in the original packaging, including the return label, and send the hoodie to 6216 Highway 79 North, Deberry, Texas, 75639.

3) After express delivery, send the logistics information and express tracking number to customer service Germaine Morris via email [email protected] so that we can refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

4) Once the returned hoodie arrives at Familyprefer.com’s warehouse, the refund process will begin. Your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return shipping costs

1) If the hoodie you receive has quality problems such as pilling, the shipping cost will be borne by Familyprefer.com.

2) If you need to return the hoodie because you don’t like the style or other personal preferences, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchange process

If you need to exchange the product within 7 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process after making the exchange application:

1) Pack the hoodie in its original packaging and send the hoodie to 6216 Highway 79 North, Deberry, Texas, 75639.

2) After express delivery, please send the logistics information and express tracking number to customer service Germaine Morris via email [email protected] so that we can re-deliver the goods as soon as possible after receiving it.

Exchange shipping costs

1) If the hoodie is required to be replaced due to quality or transportation problems (for example, the hoodie received is pilled), the shipping cost will be borne by Familyprefer.com.

2) If the exchange is not due to hoodie quality problems or missing products, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund amount

1) Refund processing method for successful returns

After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days. If you paid the shipping fee, the shipping fee will also be refunded.

2) Refund processing method for canceled orders

After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.

About the cost of secondary listing

Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.
